PAYMENTS
The payment of products can be made using the following tools:
~ Credit Card
~ PayPal
~ Bank Transfer ( only UE )
SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
For items not available for end-of-stock delivery times may vary, subject to unavailability of the manufacturer. No penalty is attributable to us for delivery delays. In case of urgent delivery, please request availability of the item and / or delivery times.
Products are shipped by:
PostNL in foreign countries.
in countries outside Italy the shipment is delivered by the national postal service (in your country)
After the shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the service will leave a paper notice.
The customer must go for pick-up at the post office indicated in the notice.
It is not possible to arrange delivery times for the goods
Delivery is made to the street number indicated on the street level, it is not possible to request delivery to the upper floors.
= WARNING =
The delivery times indicated in the advertisements are to be considered indicative and not binding
upon receipt of the goods and before signing it is necessary to check the integrity of the package. If signs of tampering are found, the customer must immediately present this to the operator, and in case of obvious tampering must refuse delivery.
SHIPPING COST
the amount paid called "Shipping costs" includes:
- order fulfillment costs
- material used for shipping (envelope, and other packaging material)
- cost paid to the courier for shipping
all of these costs (called by convention as shipping costs) will not be reimbursed in the event of a return, as better specified below.
Shipping Responsibility
Shipments are sent under our responsibility,
- in case of loss, the customer can request a second shipment or a refund, however this will be possible only after verification of the loss by the postal service
- it is not possible to charge our company for any delays in the delivery service
- In case of shipment to public places (offices, companies, institutions, etc.) we are not responsible for any loss or delay of the shipment
Orders and billing
All purchase orders of products transmitted must be complete in their entirety and must:
- Contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the ordered products in addition to the quantity requested
- Contain the complete shipping address
Each order of products transmitted constitutes a contractual commitment on the part of the Customer, who, by completing the purchase, undertakes to sign the present conditions.
Purchases are reserved exclusively for persons in possession of the highest age, so the customer declares that he possesses this requirement at the time of purchase.
ADJewels reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, not properly completed.
Unless explicitly and preventive requested to issue an invoice,
no fiscal document will be issued, as this sale, which is an indirect online trade,
therefore exempted from this obligation as per current legislation in Italy.
The customer can print the order details as proof of purchase
Taxes and duties
All prices on the site include VAT for sales in Italy.
For purchases outside the Italian territory
it is possible the additional tax charges or customs duties,
these possible extra amounts are to be considered at the customer's expense
warranty
ADJewels guarantees the material integrity of the Products at the time of delivery. Any defects covered by the Warranty must be reported by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 5 (five) working days from the date of delivery. In case of operation of the Warranty, the Customer will have the right to only replace the damaged Products upon return of the same, being excluded the right of the Customer to compensation for any damage, even further. In case of product defects the shipping costs necessary for the replacement are the responsibility of ADJewels.
The goods once arrived at our warehouse, will be examined to assess any damage or tampering arising from transport.
Right of acceptance
ADJewels reserves the right to refuse orders;
not in compliance with the conditions above
in case of lack of availability of the product
in case of defect of the product found before shipment
in case of payment already made by the customer, ADJewels will fully refund the amount paid.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases made are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree. 206/2005: the consumer can therefore exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the product.
The consumer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the product an email address:

containing:
the manifestation of willingness to make use of the benefits granted by the law.
the indication of the relative product.

The costs of the return are charged to the customer.
The responsibility of the return shipment is charged to the customer, so in case of loss of the return shipment it will not be possible to make the reimbursement.
In case of return from a foreign country the customer must send the return specifying that it is returned goods, indicating in the reason for shipping "Returned goods", in addition it should not indicate a value as it is a return goods. If the customer does not comply with the provisions and at the time of delivery at our office a customs fee was required, this amount will be further subtracted from the reimbursement
Once received the product (and verified its integrity) ADJewels will provide within 15 (fifteen) days, to credit the customer the cost of the returned products,
this refund refers exclusively to the price of the product, in any case the shipping costs and home delivery of the product will not be reimbursed and, therefore, will remain at your expense.
Products that prove to be defective will be replaced at no cost, prior contact via email
Conditions for obtaining reimbursement:
the object must not be used / worn by the customer
sending the communication email to make use of the right of withdrawal (within 5 days)
sending the goods to our office within 14 days
Special conditions for invalidity of returns:
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF NOT PREVENTIVELY AUTHORIZED.
- WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED PACKAGES SENT IN CASH.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ORDERS
In case of communication of an incorrect or non-existent address by the customer,
- if the goods are lost, no refund or re-dispatch will be made
- if the goods return to our premises the customer can choose to have a new shipment to further load, or the refund of the value of the goods only (not the shipping costs)
