- How long does it take for the article to arrive?
To calculate the delivery time you must add the preparation time of the order of 3 working days, plus the average delivery times indicated in the listings, always considering the working days. However, it is not possible to guarantee 100% delivery times indicated.
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the place of destination and the quantity of items ordered.
Consider that the cost of shipping includes the costs of order fulfillment, the costs of packaging the goods.
- My purchase has not arrived yet, what can I do?
- First of all, check the expected delivery times if the days necessary for delivery have passed.
- Contact us by mail and provide the order number and date of purchase, we will do our best to solve the problem.
- In the event we will make an official complaint with our postal operator. This procedure requires a variable time for the answer, so we ask you to have the patience to wait for the official answer.
- In case of delivery to companies, offices, institutions, if the shipment is delivered but the customer does not receive the delivery, we will not refund and we will not send a second time.
- Can I cancel my account on ADJewels?
Yes, you can do it only if you have not made a purchase by sending an email, clearly specifying the intention to cancel your account.
